ROC RT870 Merger

With three pick-up belt units, the ROC RT870 Merger offers high performance and gentle crop handling due to its unique design.

Lifting the crop instead of pushing it over the ground reduces crop contamination from dirt or stones. Heavy crops can be efficiently merged with higher capacity due to using belts to do the lift and move.

Flexibility for swath formation is provided with different belt operating options: unload crop via all belts on either sides, or two belts on one side and the other belt on the opposite side. The central belt can be removed to form one central swath after having picked up all the crop from the ground.

The ROC RT870 Techline merger comes with:

• 6-bar pick up
• 8 wheels in tandem with spring suspension (manual adjustment)
• Hydro-pneumatic suspension with cylinders
• Automatic belt switch off, working and flashing lights
• Easy work/no-work switch
• Wider strips kit for hard crop conditions and tyne wear
• Hydro-pneumatic road suspension system, folding to 2.5 or 2.8m for transport
